2924 Collingwood
 
2924 Collingwood was the home of Martin Christy, a steam boat captain and later lake captain, according to the 1891, 1900 and 1910 Polk city directories. The 1891 directory also listed Mary Seltzer as a boarder as well as Charles Schaeffer, a student.  The 1900 directory listed student Earl Christy as a boarder.  The 1910 directory also listed M. Harold McFellin, a bookkeeper with Ransom & Randolph, as a resident.  The Reverend Fredercik Gauld lived here in 1918 while Henrietta Cunningham, the widow of Charles Cunningham, lived here in 1921.
