The Carl E. Mehring Company designed and built this home at 1931 Shenandoah Drive in Westmoreland for William Martin.  A "Mehring-Built Home" was considered to be of superb originality, quality and character.  The hardware for this home was purchased through the Stollberg Hardware & Paint store at 720-24 Monroe Street.
