A photograph of 4159 Woodmont appeared in an ad featuring homes for sale in the September 18, 1937 issue of the Toledo News-Bee on page 21.  The ad described this property as a "cottage-type home attractively located in a beautiful hillside lot."  The house was priced at $7,800.
