1331 Laurel as it appeared in 1956.  Similiar to the next-door home at 1325, it was also built by building contractors John Jr. and Julius Szabo.  A little larger than the neighboring home, it featured an addtional half-bath on the second floor.  The construction company was located at 595 Sylvandale at Eastvale Avenue.
