2611 Copland Boulevard as it appeared in 1956.  Located in Copland Woods, it was constructed by the Dasil B. Biniker Company.  It was a five-bedroom brick veneer bungalow featuring birch woodwork throughout and white marble window sills.  Two fireplaces, a white marble one in the living room and a cut stone one in the basement recreation room, were selling points.
