The 9-2-1902 issue of the Toledo News-Bee reported that the George E. Pomeroy Company had developed Toledo's first illustration of a park-and-villa plan known as Bronson Place.  It featured an asphalt boulevard and 5' stone sidewalks.  The lots were 1/2 acre in size and were to be sold for $1500 to $2500.
