5 Bronson Place
 
5 Bronson Place was home to the William Ricaby family according to the 1910 Polk City Directory.  Mr. Ricaby was the manager of W. H. Ricaby & Company who were jewlers operating their business from 307 Monroe Street.  George Ricaby boarded here in 1910.  He was the manager of the rental department for the E. H. Close Realty Company.  (See Maumee Valley, Toledo and the Sandusky Region Vol. 4  pg.322). The 1918 listing was Harry Barnes whose occupation was not listed in the directory that year.  Ralph Chapman, no occupation listed, was the occupant in 1921.  The 1924 directory listed Harold Kehoe, a lawyer, and his wife Ruth Kehoe.
