The July 22, 1911 edition of the Toledo News Bee posted an advertisement by the E H Close Realty Company for the sale of 2358 Scottwood Avenue for $10,000 or an exchange of equity.  The terrace had three apartments with seven rooms each, Yaryan heat, soft-water plumbing, gas and electric lights ,and oak finish.   The lot was 103 by 150.
