2464 Scottwood was listed in the 1918 city directory as the home of James Kepperly, the vice-president and counsel of the Willys-Overland Company. Angie Fennell was the family maid.  By 1921 Leland Gardner lived here with domestic Blanche Beauley.  Paul and Alice Prudden were the occupants by 1921.  Anna Hoffman was their maid.
