2135 Scottwood
 
2135 Scottwood was home to Morris Lempert according to the 1900 and 1910 city directory.  Mr. Lempert was the sec-treas of the Frankenberg & Lempert Clothing Company located at 401-11 Monroe.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 614.  Benjamin Frankenberg, the president of the same clothing store, boarded here according to the same directories.  Boarder Bernard Lempert worked as a traveling salesman for Weber's Clothing House. The 1910 and 1918 directories listed Eugene Lempert who was with Weber's also.  His biography appeared on page 614 also.  Anna Krueger in 1900 and Blanche Taylor in 1910 served as live-in domestics here.
