Edwin McKindley was the resident of 2711 Scottwood in 1910 and 1911.  Mr. McKindley was a clerk in the post office.  The 1912 Polk City Directory listed Melvin Foyer of the Foyer Brothers & Company which manufactured go-carts.  The 1918 directory  listed Emma Bitzer, the widow of Conrad Bitzer, as the occupant of this home.  Charles Bitzer and Georgianna Bitzer both roomed here that same year.  The 1921 directory listed attorney Richard Logan and his wife Florence Logan.  Mr. Logan's biography appeared in Maumee Valley, Toledo and the Sandusky Region Vol. 4 on page 204 and Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 393.
