The 2702 Scottwood address did not appear in the 1911 Polk City Directory.  It first appeared in the 1912 city directory.  The 1912, 1918 and the 1921 Polk city dirctories listed Wallace Eyster as the resident of 2707 Scottwood.  Mr. Eyster was a salesman with the Berdan Company.
