The William Funke family lived at 2623 Scottwood in 1910.  Mr. Funke was the owner of W. E. Funke.  Earl Funke was the manager of the store which specialized in mens' furnishings.  Julius Funke was a packer in 1910 but became the manager of J. S. Schlosser by the time of the 1918 city directory's publication.  The 1921 directory listed Wilson Gehrett was the resident of this home.
