2509 Scottwood
 
2509 Scottwood, built in 1909, was home to Edward Bryon in 1910.  Mr. Bryon was the general sales manager of the Vulcan Steam Shovel Company.  Rollin Byron was a student in 1910. The 1911 directory listed the residents as Albert Fisher, the secretary of the Bureau of Metal Industries, and David Wallace, an inspector.  The 1912, the 1918 and 1921 city directories listed the occupant as Homer Hawk who was the general purchasing agent for the Willys-Overland Company.  Mr. Hawk's wife was Alice Hawk.
