The March 8, 1919 of the Toledo News Bee posted an advertisement for the sale of 2712 Robinwood Avenue for the consideration of $8.500.  The realtor described it as a seven-room residence with both gas and electricity, oak floors and finish throughout, every modern equipment and sat on a 41 x 161 foot lot.
