2637 Robinwood in an early photograph which appeared in a local newspaper on March 15, 1919 when the house was offered for sale by the E. H. Close Realty Company.  It was priced at $9000.  Noted features in this seven-room house included a sun parlor, sleeping room, extra toilet on first floor, and a garage.  Compare the porch railings in this photo with the next view of the home from the 1930s.
