2727 Robinwood was home to Harry West, a travel agent (salesman) with the Toledo Building Supply Company in 1910.  The 1918 and the 1921 city directories listed Charles Grandy as the occupant of this home.  Mr. Grandy was an agent with the C & B Transportation Company.  The 1918 directory listed Adele Grandy, a music teacher, who taught from her home, while roomer Edwin Grandy was listed as a soldier.  Janice Grandy was listed in the 1921 directory as a roomer who worked as a clerk for the France Stone Company.
