2543 Robinwood
 
The 1910 Polk City Directory listed James Weldon as the resident of 2543 Robinwood.  Mr. Weldon was the assistant manager of the France Company.  Olive Dowling, the widow of Patrick Dowling, and roomer William Dowling were the occupants in 1918, while Rob Phillips was listed as the occupant in 1921.  Mr. Phillips was with the law firm, Garrison & Phillips.  The other unit was home to James Weldon, a travel agent, who employed Julia Pachuta as live-in help.  Bruce Rutherford lived here in 1912 and  Ralph Seabury in 1918 while in 1921 the unit was occupied by Anna O'Neill, the widow of John O'Neill.
