2537 Robinwood

2537 Robinwood was home to Fred Brown, the general secretary of the YMCA, according to the 1900 city directory.  Maude Dixon served as the family's live-in domestic that same year.  The 1910 directory revealed that Mr. Brown sold insurance but by the time of the 1918 directory's publication, his occupation was the secretary of the Toledo Association of Credit Men and Credit Interchange & Adjustment Bureaus. Ruth Brown, a student, was listed in the 1910 directory as a resident here.
