Constructed in 1907, the house at 2339 Robinwood was home to Clarence Merrill, a clerk with the Schunk-Marquardt Company according to the 1910 Polk City Directory.  The 1918 directory listed Joseph Dunipace of Eagle Point Realty Company and Florence Dunipace, the widow of James Dunipace, as the residents of this home.  George Bishop lived here in 1921.
