Scott Bancroft sold real estate from his home office at 2830 Robinwood in 1910.  Both the 1918 and 1921 Polk city directories listed Alva Stonehill as the resident of this home.  Dale Stonehill, a clerk with the Northwest Ohio Natural Gas Company, roomed here in 1918.  Ida Stonehill, a dressmaker, who also roomed here operated her business from the home.
