The Lucas County Auditor's Office listed the construction of 2648 Robinwood as 1902.  The 1911 Polk City Directory listed lawyer Donn Mitchell was the resident of 2648 Robinwood as does the 1912 directory.   Judson Zeluff was the occupant of this home in according to both the 1912 and 1918 city directories.  Mr. Zeluff was the manager of the National Pole Company.
