The 1918 Polk City Directory listed Clarence Davis, a salesman with the R. A. Bartley Company, as the resident at 2554 Robinwood.  E. J. Mehrly was the listing for the 1921 directory.  In 1924, David Oster, a salesman, was listed as the occupant with Davila Oster as a roomer.
