Miles Bland, the chief engineer with the Massillon Bridge & Structural Company, lived at 2612 Robinwood in 1910 according to the Polk City Directory.  Harvey Robison, the manager of the Ohio Building, in 1911 and 1911.  The 1912, 1918 and 1921 city directories listed J. Harold Peterson who was with the D. J. Peterson Lumber Company.  Mr. Peterson's biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 363.  His wife was Helen (Sumner) Peterson.  Mary and J. Howard Jr. were their children who also lived here.  The auditor listed the construction date of this home as 1904.
