2460 Robinwood

Designed by Mills, Rhinehart & Bellman and built around 1898, the house at 2460 Robinwood was home to lawyer G. Elijah Keyt in 1900.  Later, Mr. Keyt would become the secretary and treasurer of the Eckhardt Monumental Company.  According to the 1900 and the 1910 directories Katherine Rowse, the widow of William Rowse, boarded here.  The 1921 directory listed Dorothy Keyt as a roomer.
