The 1910, 1918 and 1921 city directories listed Frank Smith as the resident of 2442 Robinwood.  In 1910 Mr. Smith was the secretary of the Robert Nixon Lumber Company but the 1921 directory listed him as the vice-president and general manager of that same company.  Taylor Smith, a student in 1918, roomed in the home.
