According to the Polk City Directory, clerk John Turner lived at 2327 Robinwood in 1891.  The 1898 city directory listed Meredith Avery, a tailor whose shop was located at 307 Summit.  Mr. Avery's biography appeared in Men of Northwest Ohio 1898.  Architect John Hussey and Cyrus Hussey of Whitlesey & Hussey were listed as the occupants in 1900 with Mary Hall, the widow of John Hall, boarding here.  Louis Kern appeared in the 1910 and 1918  city directories as the person who resided here. Mr. Kern was the sales manager of the American Metal Wheel and Auto Company.
