Catherine Reals, the widow of James Reals, lived at 2114 Robinwood in 1896. Grace Reals and Charles Reals both boarded here.  The 1910 Polk City Directory listed George Hadley as the occupant. The 1911 directory noted the property as vacant.  Mills, Rheinhart & Bellman designed a garage ( #1994) for the property being constructed in 1914.  Both the 1912 and 1918 city directory listed Howard Shepherd, the vice-president of the Ohio Savings Bank & Trust Company, as the resident, while the 1921 directory listed George Orwig, a lawyer, as lving here.
