In 1910, 2448 Robinwood was home to John Cummings of Hoehler & Cummings and secretary of the Toledo Pulp Plaster Company.  Katie McCarthy was the live-in domestic.  The 1918 directory reveals that the residents were the members of the Michael Nugent family.  He was the vice-president of the General Fireproof Storage Company.  The children included Beatrice, Clarence, Edmund, Florence and Fred.
