2564 Robinwood was home to George and Caroline Lathrop from 1913 until 1915.  It was constructed in 1912 with the water being turned on August 27, 1912.  This home is strikingly similar to 2712 Parkwood.  According to the 1918 Polk City Directory the resident of this home was Frederick Wells, a structural engineer with Mills, Rhines, Bellman & Nordhoff, an architectural firm.
