2536 and 2544 Parkwood
 
2536 (right) and 2544 Parkwood Avenue are seen in this photograph from the collection of Jack Taylor.  The Josiah Taylor family lived at 2536 designed by Harry Wachter by 1912 while the Dr. J. J. LaSalle family owned 2544 designed by Ed Thal..  Daniel Taylor, 28, of 2536 Parkwood struck a pedestrian with his car at Central and Collingwood accoring to the February 2, 1938 issue of the Toledo News-Bee. The February 26, 1957 issue contained an article stating that two homes would be razed to make room for a major addition to the Rosary Cathedral School which faced Collingwood.  Both of these home have been demolished.
