3127 Parkwood was home to Amos Sloan, a teacher at the Davis Business College, in 1918. Rozella Sloan, a stenographer, roomed here.  The 1921 Polk City Directory listed William Rowe, a lawyer, as the resident of this house.  Mr. Rowe's image may be viewed in the group photograph entitled "Bar and Bench Toledo Ohio 1926".  H. Josephine Rowe was William's wife.
