Constructed in 1915, the house at 2460 Parkwood was home to Charles Tiedtke, the president of the Tiedtle Brothers Company branch located at 3245 Monroe Street.  The 1918 directory listed Frances Tiedtke as a roomer here.  The 1921 directory listed Florence Tiedtke as a roomer.
