2335-2341 Parkwood first appeared in the 1912 Polk City Directory.  Known as Grenwick Terrace, all four apartments were listed as "vacant" that year.  2341 Parkwood was home to John Corcoran, a clerk, in 1918 while Harry Campbell, a superintendent with the American Railroad Express Company, lived here in 1921.
