The Lucas County Auditor's records listed the construction year of 3021 Parkwood as 1916.  The 1918 Polk City Directory had W. H. Wolder as the resident while the 1921 directory listed Amelia Merrifield, the widow of William Merrifield, as the occupant of this house.
