2846 Parkwood
 
The September 5, 1914 issue of the Toledo Blade reported that the Stebbins-Speilman Company would build a house at 2844 Parkwood at a cost of $3,000. The 1921 Polk City Directory listed Lena Kelting, the widow of John Kelting and formerly listed as living at 2946 Parkwood in 1918, was the resident of 2846 Parkwood.  Roy Mills was the occupant according to a 1925 and a 1941 city directory.  Alma (Kelting) Mills, his wife and secretary of the A. C. Kelting Fish Company, roomed here.  Roomer Edward Mills was a student in 1925.  In 1966 George Parr, the manager of the David W. Murray Company, lived here.
