The Lucas County Auditor's records listed the construction year for 2624 Parkwood as 1907.  The 1911 Polk City Directory listed its residents as Bradford Mills and Ephraim Upp.  Mr. Mills was the president of the Toledo Conservatory of Music and Mr. Upp's occupation was not listed.  The 1918 and the 1921 city directories listed Manuel Cohn, president of the Conde Cloak Company, as the resident.
