2620 Parkwood was home to conductor Abraham Wike in 1910.  The 1918 and the 1921 directories listed John Talty as the occupant of this house.  His occupation was listed as salesman.  In 1921 Ida Talty roomed here.  Architect Sidney L. Stine designed the plans for a kitchen remodel in 1940.
