The 2606 Parkwood address did not appear in the 1911 city directory.  It first appeared in 1912 with Theodore Minneker as the resident.  The 1918 Polk City Directory still listed Theodore Minneker as the occupant of 2606 Parkwood.  Mr. Minneker was in real estate.  Thomas Butler lived here in 1921.  Mr. Butler was the traffic manager for the Libbey Glass Manufacturing Company.
