2541 Parkwood was home to Herbert Baker according to the 1918 and the 1921 city directory.  Mr. Baker became the treasurer of the Owens Bottle Machine Company.  Warren Duffey, a lawyer, was the occupant in 1929.  Mr. Duffey's biography appeared in Maumee Valley, Toledo and the Sandusky Region Vol. 3 on page 571.  His wife was Marie (Sawkins) Duffey.  Marie Duffey, Warren Francis Duffey, Natalie Duffey, Richard Duffey, Cecile Duffey and John Duffey roomed in their parents' home in 1929.
