2450 Parkwood was built around 1910.  The 1918 Polk City Directory listed Dr. Herman Bamberger as the resident of this house.  Dr. Bamberger's practice was located in the Nicholas Building.  Hit biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 371.  His wife was Fannie (Silverman) Bamberger. The 1935 directory listed Phillip Miller, a dentist, whose biography appeared in Maumee Valley, Toledo and the Sandusky Region, Vol. 4 on page 514.  His wife was Marjorie (Dwyer) Miller.
