2448 Parkwood
 
2448 Parkwood was built around 1916 and was home to Samuel Nathan in 1918.  The Nathan's live-in domestic was Rose Loga.  The 1921 city directory listed Fannie Nathan, the widow of Samuel Nathan as the occupant of this house.  Edgar Nathan, a salesman, roomed here as did Regina Nathan.  The other unit was home to Frederick Ringeisen, a clerk with R M S.  Hazel Ringeison, a student, roomed here in 1918.
