The 1891 Polk City Directory listed Lucy Boake, the widow of Robert, and Charles Boake of Boake & Thomas as the residents of the house at 2258 Parkwood.  In 1896 Eliza Kniesel was the live-in domestic.  The 1900 and the 1910 directories have Harry Adams as the resident.  The 1896 and the 1900 city directories listed Ann McWilliams, the widow of Charles McWilliams, as a boarder in the home.  Robert West and Ellizabeth (Doirty) West were the occupants in 1921.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 685.
