2329 Parkwood as seen in this circa 1937 photograph still stands in 2012.  It was built pre-1907 and had six rental units.  It was known as the Russell Flats.  Residents in 1910 included Howard Thorne, Max Hascall, William Armour, Charles Homan, and widow Florence Dunipace.  By 1912 the residents were Florence Dunipace (#1), Alex MacDonald (#2), Charles Homan (#3), Mila Hascall (#4), Robert Banting (#5) and John Rohr (#6).
