This circa 1945 photograph shows the property at 2306 Parkwood believed to have been built around 1912.  Both the 1918 and 1921 Polk city directories listed Hubert Woodbury as the resident.  Mr. Woodbury was in the real estate business.  In 1921, Mitchell Woodbury also was listed.  He was the assistant sporting editor of the NewBee.  Goerge Woodbury was listed as a writer.  The live-in domestic in 1921 was Rebecca Griffin.
