Christian Feilbach, formerly of 2351 Putnam in 1907, and Frank Feilbach, the secretary of the Feilbach Company, both lived at 319 Winthrop according to the 1910 Polk City Directory.  Olan Snavely, a travel agent with the Feilbach Company, boarded here in 1910.  The 1918 directory listed William Kober, who sold real estate from an office in this home.  Claudice Kober, a student, roomed here in 1918. Also in 1918 Edward Breckenridge lived here.  The 1921 directory listed Lyle Hubbard, a cashier, as the occupant.  Student Lyle Hubbard Jr. roomed here in 1921.  Also in 1921 Samuel Fisher, unknown occupation, resided here.
