620 Tennyson Place
 
According to the Lucas County Auditor's records, the house at 620 Tennyson Place was constructed in 1912.  The 1918 Polk City Directory listed J. V. Mayhew as the occupant of the house at 620 Tennyson Place.  Mr. Mayhew was the vice-president and secretary of the General Western Fuel Company.  The 1921 directory revealed that the house was vacant.  In 1924 the new resident was John Haidle, a buyer with Baumgardner & Company.  No wife was listed.
