117 Rosalind Place
 
The 1900 Polk City Directory listed Edith Fenberg, a milliner whose shop was located at 805 Cherry, as the resident of 117 Rosalind.  Their live-in domestic was Nettie Spalding.   Walter Hoskin was the occupant of this home in 1910.  Mr. Hoskin was the president and treasurer of the H. M. & R. Shoe Store.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 283.  Mr. Hoskin's wife was Myrtle (Curtis) Hoskin.  The 1910 city directory listed the family domestic as Lulu Clark.  The 1918 directory listed Harry Goodall while the 1921 directory listed Frank Browning as the resident.
