Ralph Li[[incott was listed as the resident of 130 Rosalind in the 1900, 1910, and 1918 Polk city directories.  Mr. Lippincott was the chief clerk of the T & O Railway.  The 1896 directory listed Paul Bottenfield as a boarder and the 1900 directory listed Harry Johnson as a boarder in this house.  Mr. Johnson was a carpenter.  Here was 130 Rosalind as it appeared in 1945.
