2907 Rockwood Place
 
William & Palmer advertised the sale of new homes at 2912 and 2916 Parkwood Place in the June 30, 1910 issue of the Toledo News-Bee.  The keys to view the homes were available at 2907 Parkwood Place.  The 1910 city directory listed the occupant of 2907 Parkwood Place as William Steffins who saw the name of his street changed to Rockwood Place by 1918.  Mr. Steffins was the propriotor of the Toledo Nursery & Spraying Company.  Mary Steffins, the widow of Henry Steffins, roomed here.  The 1921 and 1924 directories listed Stephen Bryce of the Bryce Heating & Ventilation Company as the occupant of this home.  His wife was Bessie Bryce and their son was Stephen Bryce Jr.
